Refund policy

Every Clarion's Crochet piece is made to order, by hand, by one person. Because each piece is crocheted specifically for you — your colour, your size — we handle returns a little differently from a mass-market shop. Please read before you order.

Made-to-order & custom pieces These are crafted just for you and can't be resold, so they are not eligible for return or exchange simply due to a change of mind. Please use the size guidance and reach out with any questions before ordering — we're glad to help you choose.

If something is wrong If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email us at kavithaclairon@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll repair, remake, or refund — your choice.

Ready-to-ship pieces (if any are listed as in-stock rather than made to order) These may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item or approving a claim.

Cancellations Because we begin making your piece soon after you order, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, work has usually begun.
